About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated U.S. Tax professional to join our growing tax function. This role will support a broad range of domestic and cross-border tax matters, including sales and use tax, U.S. income tax compliance and provision support, transfer pricing, and intercompany transactions. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating across multiple tax disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
Your contribution:
Sales & Use Tax:
• Support U.S. sales and use tax compliance, including return preparation, filings, and payments
• Assist with nexus analysis, taxability determinations, and exemption certificate management
• Support sales and use tax audits and respond to information requests
U.S. Income Tax:
• Assist with U.S. federal and state income tax compliance, including data gathering and review
• Support income tax provision calculations under ASC 740 / IAS 12
• Prepare and review workpapers supporting taxable income, book-to-tax adjustments, tax attributes, and state apportionment
Treasury, Transfer Pricing, & Funds Flow:
• Support treasury-related tax matters, including intercompany financing, cash repatriation, and funds flow planning
• Assist with tax analysis related to intercompany loans, interest, and withholding considerations
• Ensure intercompany invoicing processes are consistent with transfer pricing policies
Tax Planning & Special Projects:
• Support legal entity structuring, tax planning, business expansions, and operational changes
• Assist with process improvements, automation, and documentation of tax procedures
• Coordinate with local and global stakeholders to operationalize business changes
Technology and Transformation:
• Support local tax transformation projects, including process re-engineering, technology implementation, and data analytics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation of the local tax function
• Partner with IT & Global Tax to integrate tax systems with other business applications
A good match:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting, industry, or a combination of both
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state taxation
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• CPA or MST preferred
• Exposure to sales and use tax and transfer pricing
• Experience with tax software a plus
Your benefits and remuneration:
Expected Pay Range: $113,600 year to $181,600/year + benefits, annual bonus & equity (bonus and equity is variable and dependent on company and individual performance). Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
